About Us

Varcamp Group is a family office based out of Miami, Florida with over forty years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors. The company’s founder, a native of Colombia, began her real estate career buying and selling residential housing throughout South Florida. She was also one of the few minority-owned companies to work on government contracts in the construction industry.

As both the construction company and the real estate business grew, the company turned its focus on the hospitality industry. In 1997, they purchased their first property geared towards the hospitality industry, and converted it into a small bed and breakfast.

Today, the company owns and manages several short term rental properties, residential and commercial properties, farms, vacant land and special events venues. The food and beverage industry also forms part of the business portfolio with much experience in the restaurant and bar buisness.
